This is a hands-on role for an experienced Painter & Decorator who enjoys working on the tools while also leading a small team. You will supervise up to 5 decorators , ensuring projects are completed to an exceptional standard while maintaining a professional and calm approach with clients, colleagues and suppliers. Projects will include high-spec residential properties and commercial spaces, so you must be comfortable working on busy construction sites as well as within occupied, client-facing homes. Key Responsibilities Lead by example, working alongside the team on high-spec decorating projects. Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 5 decorators.
