Job Title: Reactive Maintenance Supervisor Location: Lambeth, South London Rate: £27.00 per hour + Paid Mileage Contract: Temporary Ongoing (Minimum 6 Months) Sector: Social Housing / Housing Association Maintenance Reactive Maintenance Supervisor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Supervisor to work with a leading Housing Association maintenance contractor covering Lambeth and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a supervisor with a background in social housing repairs and maintenance to oversee a team of operatives delivering reactive maintenance works across occupied properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service levels. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day reactive maintenance operations across Lambeth. Manage a team of operatives including Multi Traders, Carpenters, Plumbers, and Electricians. Carry out site visits, quality inspections, and post-work checks. Ensure repairs are completed within agreed KPIs and service level agreements. Monitor productivity, performance, and attendance of operatives. Provide technical support and guidance to the workforce. Liaise with tenants, clients, housing officers, and internal teams.
