About the role: We''re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join us following a new social housing contract win in Peterborough. This is a hands-on role, split between the office and site, where you''ll be responsible for overseeing reactive repairs in occupied homes. It''s a great opportunity to be involved from the early stages of a new contract, helping to establish the service locally with a strong flow of ongoing work. You''ll have a real influence on how the repairs service is delivered, making sure homes are kept safe, compliant, and well maintained for residents, and making a genuine difference day to day.
