Supervisor

We''re looking for a hands-on Ganger to lead a small team delivering drainage network works across Sussex.

You''ll oversee daily site operations including excavations, repairs, and installations-ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include risk assessments, coordinating labour and materials, maintaining records, and supervising safe use of plant and equipment.

• Proven experience in groundworks or utilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Physically fit for manual work

Essential

• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• NRSWA (Streetworks)
• CAT & Genny
