Supervisor

M O''BRIEN CIVIL ENGINEERING LTD, working in conjunction with Matchtech, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join a tier 1 contractor''s team in Norwich. This role is in the highways sector with a focus on water blue-collar work and offers a long term contract for the right individual.

• Overseeing the earthworks on site
• Monitoring and managing the groundworks gangs
• Ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Coordinating with different teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Reporting on project progress to senior management

• Experience in a supervisory role within the highways or construction sector
• CSCS (Gold) certification
• SSSTS certification
• Strong understanding of earthworks and groundworks operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work long hours, 07:00am-7pm, Monday to Friday
