You will play a key role in ensuring that all digging activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Act as the Responsible Person (RP) for all excavation works on site Supervise site teams and ensure safe systems of work are followed Review and interpret utility drawings and service layouts Oversee the safe use of CAT & Genny equipment Promote a strong health & safety culture on site Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Grey Hat Supervisor or similar supervisory role within utilities or groundworks Strong knowledge of safe excavation practices and underground service avoidance Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively Certifications (Essential): EUSR Registered EUSR Categories 1 & 2 CAT & Genny use Desirable: SHEA Water / Gas / Power National Water Hygiene Card Streetworks (NRSWA) Supervisor qualification Contract
