      <description>Location: Tyne And Wear | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | Our client is seeking a Civil Supervisor to support water infrastructure projects on a contract basis. The role will involve overseeing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining high standards of safety, health, environmental and quality compliance throughout project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Supervising and managing day-to-day civil construction activities on siteManaging subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standardsMonitoring compliance with site safety, health, environmental and quality requirementsEnsuring adherence to established procedures and project guidancePlacing orders and raising requisitions as requiredMaintaining accurate site diaries, records and project documentationSupporting effective communication between site teams, subcontractors and project managementJob Requirements:Experience in civil construction supervision, ideally within the water or utilities sectorCurrent SMSTS certificationValid CSCS Gold Card or Black CardStrong understanding of site management and subcontractor coordinationKnowledge of SHEQ requirements and construction compliance proceduresAbility to manage orders, requisitions a...</description>
