The successful Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing approximately three operational teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. The Role Responsibilities will include: Supervising approximately three mains-laying teams Coordinating daily site activities and resources Monitoring progress against programme Ensuring works are completed safely and to the required quality standards Conducting site briefings and monitoring safe working practices Supporting the Area Manager / Site Agent with operational delivery Resolving day-to-day site issues Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors and management Previous water mains-laying experience is preferred. Candidates from a gas mains-laying background will also be considered where they have relevant utility construction and team supervision experience.
