Supervisor

We''re looking for a Site Supervisor to join our East West Rail team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major infrastructure programme, working as part of a collaborative and supportive site team. In this role, you''ll support the General Foreman and Construction Manager to ensure site activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with all compliance requirements. You''ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, helping keep works running smoothly while maintaining high standards across the project. Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire - site based 5 days per weekHours: Permanent Fulltime - 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Site Supervisor, you''ll be working at the front line of operations, playing a key role in keeping works running smoothly on site. You''ll coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials, making sure everything is in place to deliver daily activities safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
