We''re looking for an experienced Drainage Supervisor to join our Birmingham highways maintenance network team based in Birmingham. Location: Thimble Mill Lane Depot, BirminghamHours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hrs per weekSalary: £36,000 - £38,000 per year + £5,000 annual car allowance + benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role What will you be responsible for? As a Drainage Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for supervising crews carrying out gully cleansing, jetting and drainage repairs, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Your day to day will include: Supervising drainage operatives and gangs delivering planned and reactive works Coordinating daily activities, allocating resources and monitoring performance Overseeing gully emptying, jetting and drainage repairs across the network Managing emergency responses to flooding and drainage issues, ensuring timely resolution Ensuring safe delivery of works, including traffic management and site safety What are we looking for?
