Pay Rate: £21.40 per hour PAYE Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm Start Date: ASAP Lodge and Travel is not available for this role Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervising day-to-day earthworks activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. - Leading and coordinating teams of operatives, subcontractors and plant operators. - Managing and monitoring heavy earthmoving plant operations including excavators, dumpers, dozers, rollers and associated equipment. - Ensuring all earthworks activities are delivered in line with project specifications, drawings and programme requirements. - Conducting regular team briefings, toolbox talks and safety meetings. - Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation. - Implementing and maintaining safe systems of work, RAMS and environmental controls. - Managing resources effectively, including labour, plant and materials. - Monitoring productivity a...
