 Our Client, a leading construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their planned works division.

In a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• Admin tasks
• Manage delivery of works to specification
• Have several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staff
• Pre & post inspections of works
• Health & safety & quality checks

• Sign off Properties after works have been completed
• Conduct Regular toolbox talks with the team
• Monthly Van inspections
• Ensure compliance within the company following company policies and procedures
• Health and Safety compliance maintained
• Allocation of maintenance tasks and ensuring tasks are getting completed effectively and efficiently.
• Positive attitude towards work and to work in a growing business
• Team KPIs,
• Managing inventories
• Lead point of contact for maintenance staff to direct to

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned works projects. A valid SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.

This is a permanent position which will offer training and development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
