Industry: Environmental Location: Isle of Wight Hours: 40 hours per week plus on call Out of Hours on a rota basis Days: 5 days from 7 on a rota basis ( one weekend day worked every other week) Duration: Permanent Duties: Supervise and coordinate operational teams across highways maintenance activities Manage programmes of work including grass cutting, tree maintenance, and weed control Oversee drainage, street cleansing, and winter maintenance operations Allocate resources and plan daily/weekly workloads Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution Monitor performance, productivity and safety standards Manage costs, order materials and oversee budget-related activities Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery Carry out site visits and inspections as required Experience: Must have proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within horticulture or grounds maintenance including coordinating operational activities.
