Supervisor Electrical or Mechanical

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a well-established site in Holborn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a professional, client-facing environment.The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm, with a shared call-out rota and plenty of overtime available.Key responsibilities:Supervising and supporting one on-site engineerDelivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building servicesWorking across mechanical or electrical systems depending on your biasActing as the main point of contact on site for the client and building occupantsEnsuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulationsOverseeing subcontractors where requiredMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across the siteRequirements:Strong background in either mechanical or electrical building servicesPrevious experience in a supervisory or senior engineer roleExcellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong working relationshipsExperience working within commercial or high-end environmentsAbility to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and support other engineersPackage:Salary: £53,000Monday to Friday, 8am 5pmShared call-out rotaPlenty of overtime ..... full job details .....
