Contract Supervisor - Facilities ManagementJob Type: PermanentStart Date: Immediate or notice periodIndustry: Facilities ManagementLocation: Salford / Greater ManchesterSalary: Up to 47,000 + BenefitsWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekJob DescriptionI am currently working with a leading Facilities Management company who are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee the delivery of hard FM services across 26 commercial sites in Greater Manchester.Our client is looking for a technically experienced Supervisor with a strong background in building services maintenance and experience managing engineering teams.You will report directly to the Contract Manager, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.Daily Responsibilities Will Include:Supervising and managing a team of static maintenance engineers across 26 sitesOverseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive worksEnsuring statutory compliance and health and safety standards are maintainedMonitoring engineering performance against KPIs and SLAsSupporting the Contract Manager with day-to-day contract operationsCoordinating subcontractors and specialist maintenance providersManaging workloads and ensuring maintenance is completed on scheduleMaintaining accurate maintenance records through CAFM systemsCarrying out site inspections, compliance checks and auditsActing as the first point of escalation for ..... full job details .....
