• Oversee daily operations on retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space projects.
• Manage labour/subcontractors, ensure tasks are safe and high-quality.
• Coordinate materials, logistics, and report to Site/Project Manager.

• Reliable, hands-on supervisor who keeps projects running smoothly.
• Confident leading small teams on-site.

• Experienced in construction or fit-out supervision across these sectors.
• Able to enforce standards and maintain site discipline.

• Leadership, organisational skills, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of health & safety compliance and quality control.
