We are currently looking for a Supervisor in the Woking area to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. This role will be carrying out repairs in domestic properties within the social housing sector, whilst also supervising a team of operatives.
As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Auditing
- Health and safety
- Supporting operatives
- Liaising between clients, stake-holders, subcontractor and direct labour
- Ensuring targets and timescales are met
- Overseeing repairs and voids workstreams
The successful Supervisor will:
- Holds a Full UK driving license
- Be time served or have relevant qualifications
- Have relevant industry experience within social housing
In return, the Supervisor will receive:
- -43,000 base salary
