Role: Supervsior - Social Housing Responsive Maintenance 

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day responsive maintenance operations across the social housing contract
• Ensuring efficient work scheduling and high-quality service delivery aligned with company standards
• Attending resident and client performance meetings, representing the business professionally
• Managing repair workflows, materials usage, and performance against key targets
• Conducting quality checks through site inspections, performance data, and customer feedback
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver results and maintain service excellence
• Managing employment levels and team resources to ensure optimal service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in responsive maintenance supervision, within the social housing sector
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle a busy workload
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• A full UK driving licence
• SSSTS certification (minimum requirement)
