This is a 12 Week Fixed Term Contract. Candidate must be fully flexible to work 5 days out of 7 per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays. Fashion experience desireable.What does this role involve: As a Supervisor, you will support the store management team by inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflect our values. Our Supervisors contribute towards the success of their stores by: Ensuring highest standard of customer serviceAchieving targets Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandisingMaximising sales through physical and digital channelsSupporting with the recruitment and development of volunteersAchieving expectations within campaign activities Working with the manager to generate stock Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.
