Location: Cardiff | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Supervisor based in Cardiff for a permanent contract.- Key Responsibilites Monitoring recladding, fa-ade remediation, insulation replacement, fire-stopping, and associated external works. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, risk assessments, and method statements. Identifying and resolving site issues, delays, and technical challenges to minimise disruption to residents and project delivery. Liaising with project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, and resident liaison teams. Qualifications SSSTS or SMSTS,- CSCS, First Aid Experience with Cladding, Facades and EWI- If you are intrested, send your CV in and we can have a chat.
