Job Title: Supervisor Job Type: PermanentSalary: £42,000 per annum + company vanLocation: Cambridge and surrounding areasWe are recruiting on behalf of our client, a contractor specialising in social housing, for an experienced Supervisor to oversee the delivery of works on a Damp and Mould contract and Void Properties. The role ensures homes are treated quickly, safely, and to a high standard. Experience in this area is essential.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate damp and mould works from handover to completion• Manage contractors and in-house teams to achieve targets• Carry out property inspections and quality checks• Monitor budgets, schedules, and health and safety compliance• Resolve issues on-site and maintain accurate recordsSkills and Experience:• Proven experience supervising damp and mould works in social housing (essential)• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and HandS regulations• SMSTS certification• Excellent organisational and communication skillsPlease contact our Maintenance team on (phone number ..... full job details .....
