      <description>Location: Winnersh | Salary: &amp;pound;38000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | Supervising Solicitor  Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP Job Type: Hybrid - 2 days Onsite  A well-established Family Law Firm in Winnersh is looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join its supportive team. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, professional development opportunities, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a supportive working environment.  We are open to candidates who do not currently hold supervision accreditation but are willing to work towards obtaining it.   Key Responsibilities:   	 Manage Family Law matters including Non-Molestation Orders, Child Arrangements, Divorce and Private Children cases. 	 Provide excellent legal advice and client care. 	 Prepare court applications, witness statements and legal documents. 	 Manage Legal Aid applications through CCMS. 	 Support and supervise paralegals and other team members.
