Role Overview As a Supervising Social Worker, you will support foster carers across the Northeast, ensuring they are equipped to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for children and young people. You will hold a realistic and manageable caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality supervision and meaningful support. You will work within a trauma-informed and therapeutic practice model, supported by access to clinical expertise and structured supervision. The role offers flexibility in how you manage your time, alongside strong organisational support.
