NonStop Consulting is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in South London, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week in the office and the rest from home, offering you flexibility to manage your work schedule and have a good work - life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 10 - 12 foster families located in South East and South West London. The role doesn''t involve completing form fs, it is just supervision and support of the foster families.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker
• experience in fostering or LAC teams
• Full driving licence
