This is an excellent opportunity to support foster carers and contribute to positive outcomes for children and young people in care. Location: Sand Martin House, Peterborough (1 day per week in the office) Hours: 37 hours per week Rate: -39 per hour (Umbrella) Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a caseload of up to 15 fostering households. Undertake monthly supervision visits with foster carers, providing guidance, support, and professional challenge where required. Attend and contribute to a range of professional meetings, including: Child Care Reviews Placement Planning Meetings Foster Carer Reviews Multi-agency meetings Complete annual foster carer reviews and associated reports. Participate in the fostering service duty rota, supporting the Placement Team as required. Undertake fostering-related checks, assessments, and risk assessments to ensure safe and effective placements.
