This is a National Fostering organisation that is well-established and can offer great career development and benefits. They have a hybrid working model, you will be required to work from the office 2 days per week. The caseload is usually between 10 - 12 carers and they will be located in Basildon and going into Maidstone. You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.
