Location: Oversee a caseload across Kent

NonStop''s client, based in the South East, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for supervising caseload of carers in across Kent
• Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
• Recruit, train, and supervise carers upholding their therapeutic ways of working

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Safeguarding experience
• Fostering experience ideal
• Up to date with current legislation
