Supervising Social Worker - Fostering

Tempest Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Supervising Social Worker on behalf of a private fostering agency based in Gorleston, Norfolk.

This four-month opportunity would suit a qualified social worker with previous fostering experience who can undertake visits around Gorleston and the surrounding area.

• Providing supervision, support and guidance to foster carers
• Undertaking visits within the local area
• Maintaining clear and accurate records and reports
• Working collaboratively with foster carers and other professionals
• Helping to ensure placements remain safe, stable and well supported

• You must be a qualified social worker
• Previous experience working as a Fostering Social Worker is essential
• Current Social Work England registration
• Able to travel locally for visits
• Available for the four-month contract
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills

• A rate of up to -35 per hour
