Pay Rate: -38,000 to -42,000 per annum

Liquid Personnel is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality fostering service that champions the best outcomes for children. In this role, you''ll:

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
- Support & Supervision: Recruit, assess, and supervise foster carers, providing regular guidance, training, and development support.
- Child-Centred Practice: Attend placement planning meetings, contribute to care plans, and ensure children''s voices are heard.
- Quality & Compliance: Complete assessments, reviews, and statutory checks, and present reports to the Fostering Panel.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to ensure joined-up support.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in fostering or children''s services.
- Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
