salary up to -39,547 + -4,500 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker in the Hampshire and surrounding areas.

This role is for a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating. They re-invest their profit back into the service to make sure they are constantly improving, so this is a very nice place to work for.

On top of that, they use part of their profits to give back to the community. For example, they support young people leaving care as they transition to independence to ensure they have the same opportunities as other young people.

You will be joining a therapeutic fostering agency - in this role, you will be working very closely with a Clinician and also with a Therapeutic Senior Practitioner to ensure that the services provided are tailored to the specific needs of the children, young people and foster families.

The caseload is between 10 and 12 so it is manageable.

The role is hybrid.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

• The Supervising Social Worker will have a caseload of 10 - 12 foster carers.
• The foster families are located around Hampshire and Wiltshire areas.

Requirements:

• you are an experienced Qualified Social Worker
• you have experience in fostering
• you drive
