Supervising Electronics Engineer - Maritime Domain

As a Supervising Electronics Engineer at our clients BUTEC sites in the Kyle of Lochalsh and Applecross, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology across the maritime industry. Location: BUTEC (British Underwater Test and Evaluation Centre) in the Kyle of Lochalsh, Scotland, IV40 8AJ. The Supervising Electronics Engineer will be responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance, development, testing, and deployment of electronic systems that support BUTEC''s maritime range instrumentation, underwater tracking, communications, and data acquisition capabilities. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring engineering activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational requirements. Day-to-day, you will supervise a team of engineers and technicians, provide technical guidance, oversee project delivery, and support the continued reliability and availability of critical range assets.
