Open and close the premises in line with company procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and security standards. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Monitor and manage stock levels, deliveries, and stock control processes. Team Leadership Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent service to our guests. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
