The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Waitrose & Partners, who are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join their busy Regional Distribution Centre in Aylesford, Kent.

You''ll be working in a chilled environment (0-C - 5-C), ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing, stable work with one of the UK''s most respected retailers.

What you''ll be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders using head set.
• Working towards daily performance targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Remaining active on your feet in chilled conditions

Shift & Pay:

• Night Shift:14:00-22:00
• Pay Rate: 14:00-18:00 -13.05. 18:00-22:00 -15.80
• Shifts: 5 days over 7 (including weekends on most rotas)
• Ongoing weekly rota provided
