Temporary Operator - Supersack System (Day Shift)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Until post-Christmas, with potential for longer-term progression

We''re currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team on a temporary basis, operating our automated Supersack system. This system is used to load non-hazardous silica ingredients into our production process.

• Operate the Supersack automated loading system
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in the work area
• Support utility tasks as required
• Safely handle materials using powered pallet trucks and winches (minimal manual lifting involved)

• Willingness to work in a clean-shaven environment (as per safety protocols)
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential - training will be provided
• A proactive attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork

This role is expected to run until after Christmas. However, for the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to progress into a Production Operator position. Please note that this would involve moving to a shift pattern (including nights and weekends) and would come with an enhanced rate of pay.
