We are hiring across four specialist areas - Compensation, LMS, Performance, and Employee Central - and are looking for candidates with deep, hands-on expertise and certification in one or more of these modules. You will have experience leading functional and cross-functional teams on large global projects, managing business process design and transformation, and (for Employee Central specifically) configuring the module and designing related integrations.
