The candidate is expected to have overarching knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules in terms of breadth, especially integration. The architect will act as a trusted advisor to the customer''s HR IT leadership, providing guidance on cutover planning, production readiness, risk management, and go-live execution. Following go-live, the architect will support hypercare activities, help stabilise the solution, and contribute to post-go-live initiatives such as historical data migration and future Employee Central enhancements. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR IT Head and project leadership team. Review and guide cutover planning and execution activities.
