SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect - £750 - 800 - London/Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a customer through a critical October go-live. The candidate is expected to have overarching knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules in terms of breadth, especially integration. The architect will act as a trusted advisor to the customer''s HR IT leadership, providing guidance on cutover planning, production readiness, risk management, and go-live execution. Following go-live, the architect will support hypercare activities, help stabilise the solution, and contribute to post-go-live initiatives such as historical data migration and future Employee Central enhancements. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR IT Head and project leadership team. Review and guide cutover planning and execution activities. Assess go-live readiness and identify risks and mitigation actions. Provide architectural oversight during production deployment and go-live. Support issue resolution and decision-making during hypercare. Support planning and execution of historical data migration activities post go-live. Assist with solution enhancements and roadmap initiatives following stabilisation. Required Experience 10+ years of SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors experience.
