Social network you want to login/join with:I am working with a global organisation that is currently undergoing a large optimisation programme, seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to assist in this transformation.The ideal candidate will:Have experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Time and Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Succession Planning.Be able to quickly analyze and resolve system errors, exceptions, and performance issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.Possess Job Profile Builder Integration Experience (desirable).Be knowledgeable about integration with other SuccessFactors modules, different platforms, and third-party applications.Have configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions with significant commercial experience.Hold active SuccessFactors certifications.This is a permanent position, based in the UK or Europe.
