As a groundworker, you will be responsible for the following; Main Duties and Responsibilities Complete overhead line surveys and post fault inspections as required: Carry out Overhead High Voltage Line Patrols to identify any Insulator and clearance issues and report anything that could be deemed as causing a fault on the circuit. Site Clearance and Maintenance: Clearing and Maintain vegetation at SP ENWL substations and other key sites, removing old debris using authorised tools/equipment. Work predominantly as a lone worker, joining teams when necessary. Respond promptly to customer complaints and vegetation/fly-tipping issues.
