Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users across community substance misuse services
• Deliver titrations, dose reductions and detox prescribing
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary recovery-focused team
• Flexible working patterns available

What We''re Looking For

• NMC-registered Independent Prescriber
• Experience in drug and alcohol/substance misuse settings
• Confident managing complex, dual-diagnosis caseloads
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
