In this role, you''ll be at the forefront of engaging with and assessing individuals within the street population who face complex challenges. Whether you''re working in a street or hub setting, you''ll be creating tailored action plans to help address rough sleeping and street activity, driving real change in people''s lives. Key Details: Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Working Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday Contract Length: 3/6 months (+ potential for ongoing work) Hourly Rate: 18.00 - 20.00 per hour We also have additional substance misuse contracts available in the area.
