Subsidence Surveyor
Do you have experience as a Subsidence Surveyor, dealing with domestic and commercial losses and MCIOB or MRICS or working towards this? The role of the Subsidence Surveyor is to support and manage all aspects of subsidence claims diagnosis, investigation, consideration of policy coverage, and appropriate settlement in an efficient and timely manner Responsibilities for a Subsidence Surveyor to include but not limited to: Carry out physical and/or video visits to determine causation and work with the Subsidence Regional Managers to produce preliminary reports Assess damage, determine probable cause and have knowledge of all aspects of subsidence claims, and be able to interpret and apply policy coverage, terms and conditions as appropriate. Carry out repair assessment visits to compile scope of works or tender documents. As a Subsidence Surveyor you will engage with Subsidence Specialists/Technical Team, dependent on complexity and licensing limits, to ensure appropriate progression and allocation of complex cases. Provide advice, support and guidance to all parties as well as proposing bespoke solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
