This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in subsidence claims who enjoys managing claims from first notification through to settlement whilst working closely with policyholders, insurers, surveyors and contractors. The Role As a Subsidence Claims Handler, you''ll manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial property subsidence claims, taking ownership of the claim journey from instruction through to conclusion. Working alongside surveyors and technical experts, you''ll investigate claims, assess policy coverage, review reports and supporting evidence, and ensure claims are progressed efficiently whilst delivering a positive experience for customers. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from instruction through to settlement. Review policy coverage, liability, causation and claim quantum.
