About the Role

This permanent Subsea Engineering Planner position in Wokingham offers a salary of £40,000 to £48,000 and centres on coordinating engineering schedules and resources for subsea oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will build and update project schedules in Primavera P6, track progress, flag delays and report against agreed timelines. Liaison with engineering teams to plan resource allocation forms a central part of the work, alongside maintaining planning information and service dates in SAP. Applicants need at least one year of planning or scheduling experience within oil and gas, plus working knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP. Strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities are essential, while subsea production systems experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Create and refresh project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor progress, identify delays and report on project timelines.
Coordinate engineering teams and plan resource allocation.
Maintain planning information and service dates in SAP.
Requirements
At least one year of planning or scheduling experience in the oil and gas industry.
Experience with Primavera P6 and SAP.
Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Subsea production systems experience is desirable.
