We deliver specialist support, education and prevention services, including ISVA and ChISVA services and a BACP accredited therapy service. We are looking to expand our pool of experienced, trauma informed Clinical Supervisors to provide reflective, supportive and ethically focused supervision to staff working across our services. This supervision plays a vital role in promoting safe practice, practitioner wellbeing, professional development and robust safeguarding and ethical decision making. You may undertake monthly clinical supervision to one or more of the following areas; ChISVA and SPOA staff (group + quarterly individual supervision) ISVA teams (monthly group supervision across North and South Derbyshire + quarterly individual supervision Supervision must be trauma informed and reflective, aligned with the BACP Ethical Framework (or equivalent), and attentive to risk, safeguarding, vicarious trauma and burnout.
