Position: Subcontract Operations Supervisor Location: Wolverhampton Hours: 07:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday 12:30 finish on a Friday Salary: 14 per hour overtime rates up to 28 per hour Job Type: Permanent role Are you experienced in subcontract operations, supplier coordination or manufacturing logistics? You''ll play an important part in keeping projects on track and ensuring subcontract operations run smoothly across multiple sites and projects.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontracted work against transfer orders and project schedules.Monitor workloads, resources and deadlines to ensure service levels are met.Manage operational risks and coordinate subcontractors across multiple sites.Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.Source, assess and appoint subcontractors, completing due diligence checks.Monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs and regular reviews.Resolve quality, performance and ..... full job details .....
