Sub-Ledger Business Analyst - £600 per day - London - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Finance Transformation programme focused on the implementation and enhancement of Finance Sub-Ledger capabilities within a leading financial institution. This role will play a critical part in bridging Finance and Technology teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, understood, and translated into effective solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, Data, and CFO stakeholders to deliver complex regulatory and accounting change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, Technology, Data and business stakeholders. Elicit, document and manage detailed business and functional requirements that meet agreed Definition of Ready standards. Analyse existing finance processes and support the design of future-state operating models. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure requirements are understood, prioritised and successfully delivered. Map business requirements to proposed technical solutions, ensuring end-to-end traceability and completeness. Support Finance Sub-Ledger implementation activities across the full project life cycle. Assist with test planning, test execution and validation of Finance Sub-Ledger solutions. Work closely with Finance stakeholders throughout daily, monthly and year-end financial reporting processes.
