Freelance Agent / Sub-Agent - North Coast of ScotlandWe are currently looking for an experienced Agent or Sub-Agent to join a major civil engineering project based in North Coast of Scotland for an immediate start. This is initially a minimum 3-month contract, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity for candidates who would be willing to transfer and work on projects in Orkney thereafter.The RoleYou will be supporting the delivery of key civil engineering works, initially overseeing: Duct installation worksSmall concrete structure packagesCoordination and supervision of site activitiesEnsuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programmeLiaising with the existing Site Agent and wider project team You will be working alongside an experienced Agent who is beginning work on another project, making this an excellent opportunity to take ownership of work fronts and make an immediate impact.Requirements Previous experience as an Agent or Sub-Agent within civil engineering projectsStrong understanding of earthworks, utilities, ducting, and concrete worksAbility to manage subcontractors and supervise site operationsGood communication and organisational skillsValid CSCS card (essential)SMSTS/SSSTS preferred What s On Offer?
