Start: Immediate / Mid-August The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer / Site Agent to join a major civil engineering project delivering a number of technically challenging infrastructure packages. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key sections of work, leading engineering and operational teams while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the engineering delivery of multiple civils packages, with opportunities to become involved in both infrastructure and earthworks operations. The role offers the chance to work on a high-profile project with the potential for further opportunities upon completion. The Role As Senior Engineer / Site Agent, you will be responsible for the planning, engineering, management, and successful delivery of a range of complex civil engineering works. You will lead site teams comprising Sub Agents, Foremen, Site Engineers, and multiple operational gangs, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with programme, quality, and safety requirements. The role will involve both pre-construction planning and live site delivery, requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple work fronts simultaneously.
