If you are looking to take the next step in your career with increased responsibility and long-term progression, we would be keen to hear from you.As the Sub-Agent your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supporting the delivery of civil engineering projects from planning through to completion Assisting with the management of site teams, subcontractors, and resources Ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and within budget Contributing to programme planning and progress reporting Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with specifications Assisting with commercial aspects including cost control and variationsThe successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: Previous experience in a Sub-Agent or Section Engineer role within civil engineering Strong understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support senior management Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)What''s in it for you?
